My mind is turning 

To figure things out 
Who says it’s impossible?
 
Spin and whirl
Reason unfurls 
Just when I am close 
Solutions elude me 

Stomp and curse 
But make it worse 
Adrenaline rush 
This heart is pounding 

Smile and sigh 
A persistent guy 
You know I don’t quit 
Nothing defeats me
